T-coil structure by type
T-coil has two types so as to apply to various conditions.
ITC Type
After each fined tube is processed into heat pipes, the heat pipes are put into a flame.
Depending on air condition such as air contamination and temperature the best fin pitches and materials can be chosen.
An aluminum tube or double tube of aluminum and copper is extruded into a fined tube.
The partition separates supply air from exhaust air.
VTC Type
Pipes are stick in lots of plates and hydraulically expanded.
Then, the pipes are processed into heat pipes.
VTC Type applies to heat recovery of ventilation and low temp industrial exhaust air.
The pipe has a lot of fins inside the pipe so it has much more heat transfer area.
The partition separates supply air from exhaust air.
