What's Naphtha cracking furnace?
Naphtha cracking furnace is an equipment that crack naphtha in an ethylene plant.
Once naphtha and steam in pipes go into the furnace,the naphtha cracks at over 800℃ and resolves into ethylene and propylene, etc.(Fig1)
The petorochemicals that the furnace produces are used as various basic raw materials.
*In Japan naphtha is mainly used for ethlene plant. But ethane, LPG, kerosen, light oil and so on are used as well.

T-coil recoveres only the heat and preheats the supply air efficiently to save the energy of exhaust air T-coil are used in a lot of naphtha craking furnace. Our technologies and experiances are utilized in this field.

1.What's the purpose of introducing T-coil?
T-coil recoveres the heat from exhaust air (about 300℃).
The purpose of introducing T-coil is to preheat supply air for combustion.
2.How is the effect?
Thanks to T-coil they were able to reduce as much fuel consumption as 135Nm3/h while the company has CO2 reduction target that thay reduce 40%of CO2 by 2030 and 80% by 2050 compared with 2013.
3.What's the good point about T-coil
The good point is taht T-coil can save energy stably and for a long time because T-coil doesn't need replacement parts and running cost.
